RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and coordinate all construction site activities.
• Lead field personnel to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Maintain daily communication with project managers and administrative staff.
• Develop and update project schedules to guarantee timely delivery.
• Assess the performance of field teams and subcontractors.
• Prepare and submit daily reports and timesheets.
• Attend on-site and off-site meetings as needed.
• Promote and enforce safety protocols and practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 5+ years of construction experience, including at least 2 years as a Lead Superintendent.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and contract documents.
• Familiarity with construction software is a plus.
• A team-oriented mindset with excellent leadership skills.
• Proven ability to foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
