Location : Mukilteo, WA

Position Overview

We are seeking a full?time Inventory Specialist to join the Engineering Support and Logistics Team at our Mukilteo, WA location. This critical role supports engineering operations by ensuring precise tracking, stocking and delivery of technical components and supplies. The ideal candidate enjoys working hands?on and is motivated to help modernize and optimize inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Order, receive, stock and organize inventory for engineering and manufacturing operations
• Contact approved vendors to reorder routine supplies and manage related documentation
• Verify part numbers and quantities using ERP systems and Excel?based tracking tools
• Prepare and deliver kits and requested items to various departments throughout the facility
• Maintain clean, organized, and clearly labeled inventory areas
• Assist with resolving discrepancies, conducting inventory audits, and implementing process improvements
• Collaborate with engineers to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and throughput
