Are you an experienced construction estimator with exceptional communication, math, and critical thinking skills? If so, we'd like to talk. We're looking to hire a skilled estimation professional to assist our busy team by producing proposals, cost estimates, and detailed takeoffs. If you have 3 years of experience in construction estimation, and excellent project and time management skills, please apply today. Compensation :
$500 hourly Responsibilities :
- Inquire with clients regarding the status of submitted proposal and budgets
- Work closely with the construction project manager to oversee and coordinate the bid process for vendors and subcontractors
- Produce written proposals, cost estimates, budgets, and updates for clients and project managers
- Supply accurate and clear quantity takeoff information to provide a detailed list of materials and assess the total construction costs
- Estimate time, labor, construction materials, and product costs to determine overall cost for construction projects
