Who we are looking for / Requirements :

Key components we are looking for :

• 2-3 years of payroll processing in a high-volume payroll operation.
• Responsible for handling and executing payroll processes to ensure accuracy and timely compensation of over 1,000 employees. This role involves collaboration with various departments, compliance with university policies and regulations, and maintenance of detailed payroll records
• Paycom experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Post-secondary diploma
