Maintenance Technician

Job Overview : As a maintenance technician associate, you are a pillar supporting the operation at our properties. The team ensures that all mechanical systems and equipment at the building are operational and properly maintained. Additionally, our team members are attentive and diligently work to ensure that all common areas are maintained in both an aesthetically appealing and disinfected condition. ​   Your Responsibilities :

• Performs routine walking inspections of floors in order to identify problems and report them to supervisors.​
• Maintains work equipment in good working condition. ​
• Performs maintenance repairs in the common areas such as drywall, carpentry, electrical   work, HVAC, plumbing, painting, flooring, and other general  ​
• Ensures all safety precautions are followed while performing work. ​
• While following safety procedures, performs casual labor (e.g., such as moving heavy items) as directed by supervisors. ​
• Performs maintenance replacement and repair in areas of carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, mechanical, painting, flooring, and other minor building repairs as long as a permit is not required to conduct the job.
• Must be able to properly utilize new equipment and follow safety procedures prior to using this equipment.
• Other duties as needed.

Schedule : Monday - Friday  What We Offer : As a full-time non-exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, vision.
