Sales Leader

We're launching a brand-new market and looking for a proven Sales Leader to sell, recruit, and build a high-performance door-to-door sales team.

This is an independent leadership role with full systems and remote support provided.

You will be responsible for growing this market from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Sell door-to-door (lead by example)
• Recruit & interview new reps weekly
• Train and coach your team
• Run daily meetings & field support
• Track performance and hit production goals
• Build a scalable local organization

Who We're Looking For

✔ Door-to-door sales experience (energy, solar, telecom, roofing, alarms, etc.)
✔ Leadership mindset (experience preferred but not required if you've been a top rep)
✔ Strong work ethic & self-motivation
✔ Comfortable recruiting and managing people
✔ Goal-driven and performance focused

Location

Local field sales + shared office space for training and interviews.

Compensation

$80,000 - $200,000 (Annually)

Base + Commission + Team Overrides
