JOB Type: Fulltime / Part-time

Shifts: 7:45 - 5:15 (M-T) / 8 - 12 (F) | No on call/no weekend

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologists to join our team in Montgomery, Alabama . This role focuses on evaluating and treating children with a variety of developmental, communication, feeding, genetic, and chromosomal disorders.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with delays or deficits in receptive and expressive communication, social development, play, feeding, and executive functioning.
• Make recommendations, develop treatment plans, and implement individualized speech therapy services based on evaluation results.
• Provide education to parents and caregivers for home carryover of intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, holistic patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, progress reports, re-evaluations, and discharge summaries.
