Position Title : Corporate Associate Attorney (Startup and Venture Capital Group)

Location : Silicon Valley, Boston, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Seattle

Salary Range : $260,000 - $390,000

About the Opportunity

• We are seeking mid-to-senior level corporate associates with at least three (3+) years of experience in a sophisticated corporate law practice with a focus on startup, venture capital, and emerging company representation , for our Bay Area (Mountain View or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, or Boston offices.
• Experience with, or affinity for, technology and / or life sciences companies is required.
• Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
• In-house candidates are welcome to apply, provided they have previous law firm experience.
