Position Overview

We are seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team on Kauai. In this role, you will provide personalized care and assistance to patients in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation
• Monitor and report changes in the clients condition to the care team
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
• Support clients with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Follow care plans and adhere to all health and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved HHA training program or Nurse Aide program
• Current CPR certification
• TB clearance and up-to-date immunizations (MMR, Tdap, etc.)
• Ability to lift, move, and assist clients as needed
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license preferred
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach
