Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager to manage training program delivery and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in the preparation and launch of training programs, managing application setup and instructional staff hiring

Oversee multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring project timelines are met and execution is seamless

Support the Senior Operations Team in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance program impact

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus

3-5 years of experience in program management, with at least 1 year in an educational or training institution

Experience leading and managing teams autonomously

Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office Suite, Slack, and Zoom

Experience with data analysis and education-related software is a plus
