A company is looking for a Client Manager to provide exceptional service to clients in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and professional service
Manage the placement of new and renewal accounts with carrier partners and assist with underwriting information
Maintain strong carrier relationships and ensure successful account renewal and retention through proactive service
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in insurance, customer service, or a related field preferred
Basic understanding of Property & Casualty and / or Life & Health insurance concepts
Active state-issued Insurance license (P&C and / or L&H) required
Familiarity with AMS360 or similar agency management systems is a plus
Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
