This is a commission-based role, allowing you to earn between 30-75% based on your productivity.

Responsibilities :

• Build and nurture relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Collaborate with clients to fill urgent positions efficiently.
• Match clients with quality candidates to facilitate successful placements.
• Effectively utilize recruitment tools and resources.
• Engage in cold calling, screen candidates, and prepare them for interviews, including negotiating job offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates to ensure suitability.
