Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) | Memory Care | Kingston at Dupont, IN

Full-Time or Part-Time | Indiana CNA Certification Required

Kingston at Dupont is hiring Certified Nursing Aides (CNAs) to join our Memory Care community, where you’ll provide specialized support to residents living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. If you’re a CNA who combines skill with patience, empathy, and heart, this is your chance to make every day meaningful for residents and their families.

What You’ll Do

Assist residents with daily living activities including dressing, grooming, meals, hygiene, and mobility

Provide respectful, person-centered care tailored to residents with memory challenges

Monitor resident health and promptly report changes to nursing staff

Support a safe, structured, and comforting environment

Engage residents in therapeutic activities that promote dignity, connection, and quality of life

Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and fellow care team members to follow individualized care plans

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in the State of Indiana (required)

CPR certification preferred

Experience in memory care, assisted living, or long-term care a plus (training provided)

Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented personality

Strong communication skills and adaptability to meet changing resident needs
