[job_card.job_description]Provide care for inpatient adult and adolescent psychiatric units Conduct hospital and ER consults (telehealth not available) Supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) Treat conditions including : Anxiety Disorders Affective Disorders ADD / ADHD Personality Disorders Eating Disorders Developmental Disorders Psychotic Disorders Organic Disorders Perform and manage therapies : Family Therapy Group Therapy Pharmacotherapy Seclusion Therapy Restraint Application Voluntary Commitments Documentation System : Cerner Trauma Level : III Security Measures : On-campus security available Support Staff : 1 part-time psychiatrist 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) Certification : Board Certified in Psychiatry (Not accepting Board Eligible) Licensure : Active Iowa license or IMLC required Experience : Minimum 2+ years of inpatient psychiatric experience (preferred) Treating patients aged 6 and older required Board Certified in Psychiatry REQUIRED Iowa License or IMLC REQUIRED Detailed experience with inpatient psych conditions / treatments REQUIRED Not accepting visa candidates
