This isn't just sorting-it's treasure hunting, pricing, and merchandising all rolled into one. You'll be the first to see the generous donations that come through our doors, playing a critical role in transforming them into resources that directly support those in need through the ministry of Many Hands.

What you'll be doing :

• Be the Donation Gatekeeper : You'll warmly receive items from our generous donors.
• Treasure Hunter & Appraiser : You'll sort, evaluate, and assign fair prices to a wide array of items-you never know what unique find might come across your table!
• Visual Storyteller : Bring your sense of style! You will organize and create attractive, eye-catching displays that make our store stand out from the typical thrift experience.
• Quality Control : Confidently evaluate items based on condition, ensuring only the best goods make it to the floor.
• Team Player : Step in to assist with cashiering as needed, using your strong people skills to provide excellent customer service.
• Routine with a Mission : You'll enjoy a systematic workflow that provides the predictability and stability you need to be efficient and productive.
