A company is looking for a Data Analyst to support early childhood development initiatives through data collection and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Perform data collection, analysis, and visualization to support continuous quality improvement (CQI) and internal evaluation efforts
Manage the Safe Babies database, including user access, documentation, and reporting
Develop and implement new data collection protocols and respond to data analysis requests from various stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of experience in data analytics
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Experience using data for continuous quality improvement (CQI) and familiarity with SurveyMonkey
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI is preferred
Knowledge of child welfare data is preferred but not required
