[job_card.job_description]You will receive top of the line training in our cutting edge hybrid inverter technology. This is NOT an IT Computer Help Desk Support position. You will be providing technical support for our hybrid inverter technology. Improving customer satisfaction by helping our customers (Homeowners) and installers to solve technical problems as well as support installers during commissioning (email or phone). Documenting received cases and following up in a timely manner. Cooperating with Certified Field Service Technicians and Field Application Engineers. Use and maintain the support knowledge base. Continuously learn new practices and technology that effect the renewable energy industry. Working with industry partners to support integration efforts. MUST HAVE 2 years' experience in technical customer phone support or similar call center experience. Possess basic understanding of electrical knowledge. Commit to a fast and dynamic environment with a growing company. Have a "Can Do" attitude, willingness to learn, passionate about solving problems. Ability to maintain and surpass key performance indicators. You believe the difference between mediocrity and excellence is attention to detail. You’re energized by helping people, but unafraid to stand alone when it comes to making decisions and owning initiatives.
