At Belgrove Rehab and Nursing Center, we believe that nutritious, well-prepared meals are an essential part of quality care. We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Dietary Aide to support our residents’ health and well-being through outstanding food service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up resident meal trays according to individual dietary needs.

• Deliver and collect trays promptly and courteously, ensuring meals reach the correct residents.

• Break down trays and handle their contents with care.

• Maintain cleanliness after each meal service, including trash disposal, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing work areas.

• Assist with food preparation for special events and celebrations.

• Deliver daily snacks and ensure food carts are transported to designated areas.

• Support departmental protocols, policies, and health regulations to maintain a safe environment.

• Contribute to a positive dining experience for residents and their families.

Qualifications:

• Dependable, with the ability to read and write in English.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dietary role within a nursing home, hospital, or similar healthcare setting.

• Strong teamwork skills and a resident-focused mindset.

• Ability to work efficiently and uphold cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.
