What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including donuts, muffins, and bagels - always fresh, always on time

• Follow Dunkin’ recipes and quality standards with precision and consistency

• Operate commercial baking equipment safely and effectively

• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen that meets health and safety standards

• Coordinate production timelines to ensure products are ready for the morning rush

• Communicate with your team to stay ahead of demand

• Support store success with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

What You Bring:

• Previous baking or kitchen prep experience (preferred but not required - we’ll train the right fit!)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stay active during shift

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, overnight environment

• Pride in your work and commitment to quality

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Dunkin staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
