Regional Recruiter
We're seeking a driven and experienced Regional Recruiter to collaborate with the recruitment team, build strong pipelines of healthcare talent, and ensure timely, high-quality hires across assigned facilities. This role collaborates closely with facility leaders, and partners with our offshore sourcing team to meet staffing needs efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with regional recruiters (clinical and non-clinical) to ensure the team is meeting KPI's.
- Support complex or urgent requisitions and ensure consistency in hiring practices.
- Build partnerships with nursing schools, CNA programs, and allied health colleges.
- Coordinate campus visits, job fairs, and student engagement activities.
- Manage internship and externship pipelines and track student-to-hire conversions.
- Maintain an active database of upcoming graduates and early-career talent.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for key leadership and high-priority positions.
- Collaborate with facility and regional leaders to forecast and meet staffing needs.
- Plan proactively for census increases, seasonal hiring, and new acquisitions.
- Ensure pay offers are competitive and compliant.
- Implement referral and sign-on bonus programs to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with marketing and HR to promote the company's culture and values.
- Maintain a strong candidate experience through consistent communication and professionalism.
- Plan and execute job fairs and facility recruitment events
- Partner with the offshore sourcing team to improve candidate flow and quality.
- Oversee ATS accuracy and ensure compliance with company and state regulations.
- Analyze recruitment data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- 35+ years of recruitment experience with multi-site exposure.
- Experience with campus recruitment, student outreach, or event coordination.
- Background in healthcare, skilled nursing, or high-volume recruitment preferred.
- Strong proficiency in ATS systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel up to 75% across assigned facilities and campuses.
