We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Boneless Beef Inventory Clerk in our Lathrop, Ca. Meat Department. This position reports to the Deboning Room Supervisor and is responsible for tracking all the meat that is deboned by our butchers and assist with vendor POs associated with meat production. Experience within ground our beef production, preferably within patty production, is required.
General Responsibilities :
- Check meat to verify no contamination
- Aspen system (complete labels to go onto vats) vendors, date, PO, USDA info
- Assist trimmers by trimming anything they may have missed
- Disassembly of detection equipment ass needed
- Ensure that boneless beef flows smoothly for microbial sampling
- Performs other job-related duties as required.
- Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt)
- Pay Range : $25.00 to $27.50 / hourly DOE
- The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors
- Hours : 6 : 00 a.m. to 2 : 30 p.m.; some overtime as needed
- 5 days per week, rotating schedule and alternating days off
- Weekend and holiday availability required

A minimum of three (3) years experience working in a meat facility, food processing plant, or similarGround beef production and patty packing production experience requiredAbility to move freely in and around obstacles common in the meat production roomPallet Jack experience preferredPhysical Demands / Requirements :
