Job Description

We are currently seeking a full-time Treatment Coordinator / Receptionist for an established, state-of-the-art, busy, upbeat, family-oriented Oral Surgery practice serving Berkeley and Albany. Hours : M-F 8am-5pm.

Our employees are friendly, talented, and system-oriented. The practice is very team-driven with an emphasis on collaboration versus working solo.

Job Responsibilities :

Duties include but not limited to :

  • Greeting and checking in patients; verifying patient demographics, collecting co-payments and updating insurances.
  • Answering, screening, and routing phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Scheduling and confirming patient appointments.
  • Verifying insurance benefits
  • Treatment coordinating
  • Billing

Candidate Requirements :

  • Oral Surgery / Dental experience preferred.
  • Prompt, professional, self-motivated, hard work ethic, energetic, positive team players, have excellent organizational skills, and can work effectively and courteously with a wide variety of patients. However, we will train the right person with similar work experience
