Facilities Technician

A company is looking for a Facilities Technician.

Key Responsibilities

Perform handyman maintenance duties including furniture moves, simple electrical projects, and light construction

Assist in maintaining HVAC equipment and other facilities-related tasks

Support the organization of maintenance supplies and equipment

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years related experience

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks

Basic computer competence including Microsoft Office and building management systems

Must have unrestricted work authorization for the US
