Position Overview

We are seeking a polished, service-driven Spa Concierge to join our dynamic team. The Spa Concierge serves as the first point of contact for our guests and plays an essential role in curating their wellness journey. This role requires a warm, professional presence, strong organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs with impeccable attention to detail.
Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with gracious hospitality and guide them through their spa experience.
• Manage reservations, appointment bookings, and daily scheduling with efficiency and precision.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on spa treatments, retail products, and packages.
• Handle check-in, check-out, and payment processing seamlessly.
• Maintain a pristine, calm, and inviting reception environment.
• Act as liaison between guests and spa team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Support administrative tasks including confirmations, follow-ups, and special requests.
• Assist with light housekeeping, cleaning, and laundry as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality, spa, or luxury service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest-relations skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
• Proficiency in booking/scheduling systems (experience with spa software a plus).
• Passion for wellness, skincare, and luxury guest service.
