A really lovely, down to earth, dual working household in Brentwood (LA) is looking for their next long term nanny. The family has 3 boys ages 4-9 who are active, kind and all in school. Their most recent nanny has been with them for many years and is departing in April. These are employers who are straight forward and communicative who value open communication and long term relationships built on trust. There will be plenty of driving involved in this position in order to get each child where they need to be for school and activities. The family will provide a vehicle for use while at work. They are looking for someone bubbly, outgoing and energetic who wants to be with their family for many years to come. Both parents work full time and appreciate daily check-ins so everything runs smoothly. Additional duties will include doing children’s laundry, some errands such as grocery shopping and taking the trash out if it’s full (pitching in in general is appreciated). The role involves occasional travel OR when the family travels solo they would count on you to take care of all house management while they are away/OOT. The schedule requires some flexibility but general hours are M-F from 7AM-4PM or 5PM. The family does pay overtime for anything over 40 hours per week. Please be okay with being paid on payroll. There is a benefits stipend as well as PTO, paid holidays and paid sick time. Base pay is $34-$40/hour + weekly overtime paid at time and a half. This is a wonderful family looking for a career nanny to become part of their family.
