Product And Solutions Marketing

Product and Solutions Marketing is responsible for assessing customer needs, market conditions and competition to inform business strategy. Product & Solutions Marketing is responsible for defining the product / service and market strategy including customer need identification, market research, product or service offering, pricing, positioning, promotion, branding and distribution to drive customer loyalty, sales growth and improved profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead market research and customer insight initiatives to inform strategic decisions and uncover growth opportunities
• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for assigned product lines or customer segments
• Translate strategy into actionable downstream plans across the organization, ensuring alignment and consistency
• Collaborate with external agencies to deliver high-impact product portfolios and messaging
• Serve as a strategic partner to the category management, marketing, sourcing, and quality teams. Equipping teams with tools, training, and processes that drive results
• Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution and alignment with broader business goals
