The Construction Specialist will have a diverse range of responsibilities, including :

• Assisting in pre-bid site visits and document reviews.
• Evaluating complex proposals and researching labor, materials, and equipment costs.
• Developing preliminary project schedules and General Conditions based on bidding document requirements.
• Collaborating with project teams, subcontractors, and clients for efficient and safe project execution.
• Preparing and reviewing construction documents and answering RFIs to facilitate communication on the job site.
• Conducting inspections to uphold Quality Control standards.
• Working with Health and Safety professionals to assess subcontractor safety performance metrics.
• Supporting the Project Manager in contract close-out procedures and client satisfaction efforts.
• Facilitating project capabilities through collaboration with VDC and BIM teams.

Location : The position is based in California - Rancho Cucamonga.

Pay Range : $81,245 - $134,077, based on experience and geographic location.
