Procurement Manager

A company is looking for a Procurement Manager to oversee the end-to-end source to pay lifecycle and lead category strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and manage procurement policies, processes, and analytics while leading team members

Own the annual procurement budget and produce executive budget review packs with variance analyses and scenario plans

Lead complex RFPs / RFQs / RFIs, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure compliance with company policies and audit readiness

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain management, or a related field or equivalent professional experience

6+ years of procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or vendor management experience, specifically in IT / SaaS procurement

Experience with managing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, including risk and opportunity assessment

Proven ability to run complex RFPs and lead competitive sourcing strategies

Strong commercial contracting skills and understanding of Total Cost of Ownership and financial analysis
