No More Bugs is a family owned business that has grown from one office located in RDU to 13 operations throughout the East Coast and Texas. We offer a unique approach to scheduling and protocols for mosquito and pest programs.

We are seeking an outside sales representative to join our team in RDU!

Necessary skills:

• Time management
• Some previous experience in pest control is preferred, but not required.
• Dependable and trustworthy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Clean driving record and clean criminal background

As an outside sales rep your daily duties will include but may not be limited to:

• Interact with prospects, customers, colleagues in a positive and professional manner.
• Perform pest inspections, identify pest concerns, document findings and recommend solution.
• Comply with sales process, procedures and pricing.
• Meet sales quota.
• Respond promptly to calls and inquiries from management and co-workers.
• Keep vehicle clean and organized.
• Drive safely and obey traffic all laws.
• Ensure on-time arrival to appointments

As an outside sales member you must be able to:

• Work independently with exceptional time management skills.
• Communicate with customers and write up proposals.
• Meet the physical requirements of the position (standing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, climbing, etc.)
• Must be okay with confined spaces ie: crawl spaces and attics
• Be flexible with work days and hours including some possible Saturdays.

First year earnings opportunity of $65,000 - $70,000+

Compensation: $38,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
