Shift: 10hr Day Shift (40)

Shift Information: 4 10 hour shifts variable start times between 6am & 7am

Clinical Interviewing- Yes

On Call, Call Back Requirements: 1 weekend of call every 5 weeks and 4 week nights every 5 weeks, 30 minute response time

Weekend Rotation: 1 weekend of call every 5 weeks

Holiday Requirements: 1 holiday per contract

Floating Requirements: None
