Summary

JOB SUMMARY: Following a collaborative team model, the Nurse Navigator identifies and manages high risk patient populations, coordinates their care, and provides safe, age appropriate patient care. REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field
• BSN degree mandatory
• 4-5 years oncology nursing experience required; Outpatient setting experience preferred.
• Maryland Registered Nurse License
• American Heart Association CPR Certification
• Oncology Nurse Certification mandatory
