Key Responsibilities
Define and execute a global sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets in international defense and intelligence markets
Lead and mentor a high-performing international sales organization to deliver sustained growth
Oversee the capture of complex opportunities and establish relationships with defense and intelligence organizations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related technical field
At least 15 years of experience in international sales or business development, with five years in a senior executive role
Proven track record of managing long sales cycles and closing high-value contracts with government customers
Deep understanding of international procurement and defense procurement processes
Established network across international government markets, particularly in defense and intelligence
