Optimize recruitment processes using AI tools and maintain data integrity in the ATS
Required Qualifications
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in technical recruiting
Proven ability to engage passive talent and maintain a "hunter" mentality
Experience in a fast-paced SaaS or Fintech environment
Ability to utilize recruiting metrics to inform strategy adjustments
Fluency in both technical and executive language
