A credit union near downtown Fort Worth is looking to add a mortgage loan processor to their team!
M-F 8a-5p
Pay : $22.50-$26.50 DOE
Ideal Candidate :
- Two years of similar or related experience
- Must be able to analyze complex financial records and interpret complicated legal
documents
The Mortgage Loan Processor will provide general administration support to the Mortgage Department by preparing real estate loan files for origination, underwriting, closing, and funding.
Responsible for the servicing and escrow management of all mortgage accounts. Assists mortgage loan officers, applicants, and vendors with research inquiries, payoff requests, and lien releases.
