Overview :

We are hiring Transaction Processing Specialists (Claims Processing, Data Entry Specialist, etc.) for a large-scale project beginning in November. These roles are onsite and require accuracy, attention to detail, and strong independent decision-making. You will be responsible for reviewing and verifying documents, updating data within internal systems, and ensuring compliance with established policies and guidelines.

This position goes beyond standard data entry, we're seeking candidates who can think critically, work efficiently, and take ownership of their work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities :

Review, update, and verify critical documents in internal systems.

Accurately process and input data with a strong focus on quality.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance and security standards.

Meet production and accuracy goals while working independently.

Participate in a 2-3-week structured training program (classroom and shadowing).

Requirements :

Minimum 40+ WPM typing speed (verified during onsite testing).

Associate's degree or higher

, or 1+ year of Transaction Processing (Claims Processing, etc.) experience in lieu of degree.

Excellent attention to detail and decision-making skills.

Ability to follow written procedures with precision.

Comfortable working onsite in a professional environment.

Comparable experience titles : Claims Processor, Document Specialist, Healthcare Administrative Support, Data Entry Specialist.

Interview & Hiring Process :

Typing test administered before interview.
