The Lyon-Waugh Auto Group is searching for positive, driven individuals to join our diverse team as Full-Time Sales BDC Coordinators. If you're someone who brings positive energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for customer service—we can't wait to hear from you!

Schedule: Monday–Saturday, with one scheduled weekday off

Compensation Plan: Base hourly rate of $18-$21, plus monthly commission & bonus

Estimated Annual Compensation Range: $65,000.00-$120,000.00

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Answering incoming calls and helping schedule appointments for our Sales team
  
• Respond to sales calls and online inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  
• Keeping daily reports organized and up to date
  
• Following up with clients and internal team members
  
• Assisting with other tasks as needed by management

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in an Automotive BDC or sales role is a big plus
• Clear, professional communication skills—both verbal and written
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized and dependable
• Confident phone presence with a friendly, helpful tone
