ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The Jennette Torres State Farm Agency is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers' needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
