Business Development Director

A company is looking for a Business Development Director to lead complex business proposals for a leading hyperscale cloud customer.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate execution of business development initiatives, RFPs, and strategic programs

Lead the Proposal / Quote development team to ensure successful proposal execution aligned with business goals

Manage cross-functional teams to optimize proposals and ensure timely delivery of customer inquiries

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, program management, business, or equivalent experience

7+ years of experience in business development, account management, or program management

Experience in the Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) or Contract Manufacturing (CMO) industry

Understanding of key financial metrics and ability to read P&L, balance sheets, and ROI indicators

Proficiency in CRM and project management tools
