A company is looking for a Senior Level Attorney specializing in Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical law.

Key Responsibilities

Advise pharmaceutical, pharmacy, and healthcare clients on market access, managed care, and regulatory issues

Lead and mentor a team of attorneys on significant projects

Draft and negotiate critical contracts, including manufacturer, payor, and distribution agreements

Required Qualifications

J.D. with 7+ years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical law

Licensed (or eligible) in NJ or NY; other admissions are a plus

Experience in pricing, reimbursement, or regulatory compliance

Prior supervisory or mentoring experience

Background in pharmacy or healthcare (RPh, PharmD, RN, etc.) is a plus
