Overview : Join our clients dynamic team as a Wireless Brand Ambassador in  Lombard, IL ! MSG is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to represent leading wireless brands such as AT&T, Apple, and Samsung within retail environments. This role involves promoting and selling products and services, with paid training, uncapped commissions, and room for growth.

Responsibilities : As a Wireless Brand Ambassador, you will :

  • Promote and sell AT&T, Apple, and Samsung products and services within retail locations.
  • Utilize sales scripts and product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner to drive sales and exceed targets.
  • Execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and meet or exceed performance goals.
  • Split your time between office and retail locations, adapting to retail hours and weekend shifts.
  • Participate in fun team nights and contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Continuously develop sales skills through ongoing training and coaching opportunities.
  • Embrace opportunities for career growth within the company.

Qualifications :

  • Previous sales experience, particularly within the wireless industry, is advantageous but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for engaging with customers.
  • Ability to adapt to a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a drive to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
  • Willingness to learn and follow sales scripts and product information guidelines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
