Head of Program and Project Management
A senior leader is needed to run the centralized PMO for a global digital services organization. This role oversees all major programs and projects, ensuring consistent governance, cross‑functional alignment, and high‑quality delivery across a complex portfolio of initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise PMO using a hub‑and‑spoke model to standardize project governance
- Oversee execution of all projects, ensuring on‑time, high‑quality delivery
- Manage cross‑organizational dependencies and proactively mitigate risks
- Develop and refine project management processes, standards, and methodologies
- Drive clear, timely status reporting and executive‑level communication
- Ensure SOX and audit compliance across all project activities
- Lead project reviews, quality assurance, and continuous improvement efforts
- Build, mentor, and develop a high‑performing global team of PMs, program managers, and business analysts
What You Bring
The role requires someone onsite X3 days per week in Columbia- MO, Centreville-VA, or Southfield- MI locations. The position will pay between $150-200k per annum + bonus + benefits
