Engineering Manager

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of gameplay and backend engineers in developing an online multiplayer game.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the engineering team through regular one-on-ones, design reviews, and feedback sessions

Collaborate with creative leadership and other departments to align engineering execution with project goals

Oversee workload balancing and sustainable production practices within the engineering team

Required Qualifications

Proven experience managing and mentoring game development engineers

Deep understanding of Unreal Engine and game development processes

Expertise in at least one engineering discipline (gameplay or backend)

Experience shipping games successfully, ideally on PC or console

Strong leadership and facilitation skills
