A company is looking for a Corporate Paralegal who is detail-driven and proactive.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, proofread, and support the review of contracts, NDAs, corporate filings, and legal correspondence
Manage legal document repositories, track contracts and renewals, and provide legal operations support
Conduct legal research and prepare summaries while supporting corporate governance and compliance activities
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years' experience as a paralegal, preferably in commercial or corporate legal matters
Experience in contract lifecycle management and corporate governance
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle a high volume of contracts
Experience drafting, reviewing, and redlining contracts and legal documents
Familiarity with legal research and document management processes
