A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting mission-critical business requirements for AI-driven observability and operational automations

Conducts deep-dive process mapping to identify optimal points for automation in existing workflows

Acts as the primary liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with corporate governance and legal standards

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Business Analysis with a focus on business process re-engineering and functional design

Ability to translate vague business needs into structured technical specifications

Knowledge of business analysis methodologies, including BPMN and user story mapping

Experience in managing stakeholders across diverse departments

Undergraduate degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field required
