We are looking for a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to assist with the role below. This role does offer great work-life balance in a more relaxed work environment with great support staff, lower number of patients per day; and you're off every weekend and holiday!

- Setting : Outpatient
- Location : Flamingo, NV & Henderson, NV
- Schedule : Tues / Fri (8a-5p) & Wed (8a-5p)
- Duration : 3 months with possible extension
- Duties :
- Maintains quality of care standards
- Assists patients with enrolling to access educational videos
- Make assessment of patients health status
- Follow-Up and evaluate patient's status
- 7-10 pts / day
