Occupancy Planner

A company is looking for an Occupancy Planner to oversee and provide tactical occupancy planning expertise for a client's portfolio of space.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and analyze business unit demand and supply information

Create and manage current and forecasted Stack Plans and space plans

Develop strategies to improve employee experience and coordinate with project managers on project delivery

Required Qualifications

Experience in managing projects of varied scope and complexity

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications

Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop conclusions and recommendations

Working knowledge of CAFM software and space management systems

Proficiency in architectural and engineering drawings, concepts, and design
