Part-Time Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (OBOT) – Chelmsford, MASchedule : Monday 8 am to 1 pm / Tuesday 10 am to 6 pm / Wed 9 am to 4 : 30 pmMiddlesex Recovery, a division of BayMark Health Services, is a multi-site, multi-service organization providing opioid use disorder treatment and rehabilitation for patients across the country. Providing high quality, patient-centered treatment for addiction to prescription medications and other opioids remains the focus of our clinics.

Combining evidence-based, medication assisted treatment with counseling and behavioral services, Middlesex Recovery offers the most successful option for many patients.Essential Roles and Responsibilities Documents patient progress / regress according to established policies and procedures during appointments or upon notification of change in status from clinical coordinator or treatment center director.Supervising and instructing patients in oral medication self-administration and health education as neededKnowledge of program policies and proceduresKnowledge of various substances of abuse, the disease of addiction and signs and symptoms of detoxificationCollects and records data such as complete HPI and Assessment and Plan for each patient in a comprehensive, accurate and systemic manner.Counsels patients and helps them understand their limitations and abilities Qualifications | Education | Certifications : Must be licensed in the state of MAMinimum of 1-year of experience in MAT / Addiction Medicine requiredSatisfactory drug screen and criminal background checkSalary Range :

Salary ranges from $58.00 to $64.31 an hour.

The salary of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, education, specialty, and training.
