Implementation Project Lead

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Lead to manage software implementations from sales handoff to system go-live.

Key Responsibilities

Develop deep product knowledge and assist customers throughout the implementation lifecycle

Gather and interpret customer requirements, configuring the solution to meet their needs

Serve as a project manager for various implementation projects and manage project status and resources

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in customer-facing software implementations in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment

Experience in internal / external audit, IT audit, IT compliance, or risk management with direct involvement in relevant systems

Outgoing personality with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

Intermediate to expert Excel skills

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus
