Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities, authorities, and accountabilities :

• Define and improve Sourcing strategies at business level.
• Lead a global team of sourcing leaders.
• Work with broader sourcing organization to develop and implement supply strategies.
• Manage Supplier performance : Cost, Quality, Lead Time, OTD, and Responsiveness.
• Innovate thinking : Leverage experience to develop contracts and creative solutions to improve value for our customers and Baker Hughes.
• Develop processes, KPIs, measurement system, and related dashboards.
• Project management : Influence on all levels of the organization to drive completion of optimization opportunities.
• Redesign processes as required.
• Effective communication with other functional areas required. Influencing peers to meet objectives.
• Handles work requiring broad range strategic thinking along with detailed analysis and interpretation.
