Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and provide high-level customer service

Dispatch assignments and direct sale leads to emergency service personnel

Update and audit company databases to ensure compliance and accuracy

Required Qualifications

High school diploma required

Six months to one year of related customer service experience or equivalent education and experience

Familiarity with databases, internet, spreadsheet, and word processing software

Ability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds

Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports
